We are excited to announce the newly achieved milestones and features:
We are rebranding our guest management solution from our internal project name Kuoka as Guests to better reflect its purpose and functionality.
The Microsoft Teams Guests app is now officially available on the Microsoft Teams store. You can access Guests in the Teams store using this link.
Microsoft 365 global administrators can now initiate a 30-day trial without the need for registration or credit card information. Start your free trial.
Licensing of Guests can now be seamlessly done directly through Azure or Microsoft AppSource.
Guests now comes with standard templates.
When guests are invited through the native guest invitation features in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or OneDrive, they will automatically be assigned the standard template and connected policies for governance and lifecycle.
With this new feature, customers now have the flexibility to invite guests either through the Microsoft 365 standard features or via the customizable invitation workflow from Guests.
Whether guests are invited through Microsoft 365 standard functions or the Guests Invitation Wizard, the solution ensures that the responsible individual for the guest is identified and auto-assigned. Also, the configures governance and lifecycle policies, such as access renewals, are automatically applied.
You can now send notifications to hosts if an invitation is not accepted by a new guests for a certain time and automatically perform actions if required.
Guests follow enterprise-grade security rules and support the zero-trust and least-privileged principles. That’s why we provide both a simplified and an advanced permission-granting process.
The simplified approval allows administrators to grant permissions per Guests application with one click and grant all permissions.
The advanced approach allows administrators to grant permissions per application more carefully in a step-by-step manner.
We are committed to providing a seamless and efficient experience for managing guests within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
